I’m quite happy with the result of this stock photo, considering that it was generated from a single JPG image. I started by making 5 different exposures of it using Lightroom. Then generated the HDR using Photomatix. Then tonemapped it using Qtpfsgui 1.9.3. Then combined the operators using GIMP.
